Of course it is not a lie because 1360x1080p have 1080 lines like 1920x1080p... so it is a true 1080p but it is not the 1080p FULLHD standard.

So devs are saying 1080p but what we are sawing is the Dynamic 1080p or LessThan1920x1080p.

 Can that be the case of Tomb Raider? Or it is FULLHD 1080p?

Both full 1080p vertical and horizontal, Microsoft continually sorted out the render targets for the ESRam and main memory, so we're seeing more gains with intelligent programming. You're going to see this more and more over the next few years.

Game director confirmed as follows:

Game demo at E3 was 1080p

Footage in question is 1080p

Sub-1080p resolutions suggestions are "incorrect reporting"

It's really not a big deal, a game developed primarily for XB1 is 1080p and looks like CGI. Y'didn't think Ryse was where it ended. The SRAM....it has awoken....and it's hungry.
