I don't think it was a warning, i think was like a cryptic message that was intended to remind that the situation is alright and that we should remember the past, the present and remember the truth for what it was. Why should we be warned? we can't do anything with it and it's not like it was we who should get warned, it was kojima which he probably was by someone else. it's him explaining the situation with a hidden message for us to figure out after it all happen, since he doesn't wanna publicly say something that can get him sued.
