Currently $21.99, psn has it at $19.99. It's likely because of the conversion to Canadian dollars. Sony rounded it down. (US $16.99 vs $15.40)

I paid 6.45 € during Steam summer sale. Haven't played the game yet.

yea, even the latest UE3 version doesn't support the PS4, so they decided to port the project over to UE4

as Arkham Knight etc shows it is possible to use the UE3 on PS4 with heavy modification, but I guess they felt more confident porting the game than tinkering with engine code
