I'm thinking of getting it for PS4? How good is the atmostphere, mystery and pacing?

it has good reviews on pc. I'm really curious as well though according to some reviews, it's a short 5 hours experience.

I figured it would be short. I just want a good story.
I really enjoyed the game! It's easy to get immersed in the story. My one gripe is that it's too short, about 4-5 hours. I bought this on Steam during a sale, so I payed a little less, so i'm not as affected by the price.
It depends
the game is almost a walking simulator but it has some big virtues: the atmosphere is amazing, the graphics are extremely good, there is a very interesting mystery on the story, one that reminds a lot to H.P. Lovecraft.
Is a slow game but is not really boring because is very inmersive, and sometimes it get tense.
The way you have to resolve every mystery is very interesting, I like it.
Overall is not a brilliant game, but is a good experience with some very interesting elements, it would be perfect for VR.
Is short though.

Hmm... Should I get it for $20 or wait for a price drop?

If you like Twin peaks, H.P Lovecraft and walking simulators, then buy it right now, you´ll love it.
If you don´t but after seeing this trailer and knowing that it´s a usually slow and short (maybe 6 hours)game, you are still interested , then yes, you´ll probably enjoy it.
If you have many doubts, wait, is not a game for everybody, I personally did enjoy it.
I've been tempted to buy it too for ps4, it's actually cheaper there than on Steam atm.
It's on my wishlist, it might be short but I don't have 5 hours right now, too many games on the go already. If it was 2 hours I would have bought it already and played it in between :/ Dear Esther was perfect for a snack. 5 hours just a bit too long for an evening or two or fun, tad short for a great adventure.

Yea, that trailer made me really curious. I'm getting it now, just not sure when. Probably after I beat Dragon Age.
I am interested in this game as well, but I will wait gor a discount. Just preordered Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, a 20% discount was enticing, so about $12-15 is my price range for this game.
