What you expect ingame graphics to be:

What people here tell you:

What youtube claims it is (gameplay):

^ its not bad... its about PS3 levels of graphics.

watched the video. and gameplay looks great. all those killing with the sword and sometimes use the guns. i would say the game isn't polished. saw a few glitches, the guy that is in between somewhat on an elevated something. and a dead body floating around. but i can bare with it.  not a big deal of a glitch. hope that there won't be a glitch for the main character.  the graphics are okay.  not great which i don't expect and don't care that much as long as it is not sprites and polygons in this day and age. i even switch my Wii U to use component instead of HD cable so i can play with the glorious 480p resolution for the Wii  games rather than use the hd cable and make shulk looks like polygons.

not sure if the video shown here is the final version or a beta one since there are a few glitches.  hope they can polish the game or have a patch to clear those glitches and make the game even more good.

it is just bad that there are too many negative comments around a game.

Around the Network

Considering this is pretty much a suped up port built around a PS3/360 game, the fact that it shows its roots isn't that surprising.

All that being said, hopefully it plays well, particularly the multiplayer which will make or break the game's success IMO. Because anyone that has played one of the D.O.A. or the modern Ninja Gaiden games can tell you, story isn't going to be a strong suit.

30FPS and looking like an early 360 game.
That's not utilizing full power.

It would be stupid to not use full power.

But their code is probably really bad.

The code is probably bad, but I'm also willing to bet that them using unreal engine 3 not being optimized for the wii u is a huge factor. That's probably why Valhalla thinks they are using full power, when in reality, the full power refers to what UE3 can squeeze out of the wii u.
