Look up Monsters Joker. Never been on PS so why would it start now? Especially since its a handheld series.

Dragon Quest Monsters were good games on DS, so I'll definitely look into it if SE brings it West.

How else will they fund more than ten years of FFXV's development? :P

As far as I can tell DQ games on PS are all getting localized... For the love of god please localize the Nintendo DQ games too, SE... Still waiting for 7 3DS ;-;

But VII and VIII 3DS are both coming. We weren't supposed to know already because the release dates are probably a ways off, but they're coming. The Monsters titles haven't been selling as well in Japan these past few entries though, so I think Joker 3 coming is pretty dependent on it selling over 1 million in Japan. Even then, DQ localizations tend to go pretty slowly. I don't know if this will come out in Japan soon enough for the game to be localized while the 3DS is still a viable handheld in the west.

I would love to play the DQ Monsters games and I'm dying to play Dragon Quest VII and VIII. Is there any chance we'll get these in the west?

Not every DQ game has to come to PS. It's a very split franchise.
