Sure, I've seen it about 10 times on TV and DVD throughout my life. Not Hitchcock's best movie, but probably his most entertaining and mass-compatible one.

Excellent screenplay, brilliant ending (I mean literally the very last scene - many hated it, many loved it, I think it's brilliant).

Contains one of the most famous and iconic chases in movie history.

Eve-Marie Saint is a bit boring, but beautfiul. Like most of Hitchcock's blondes who had to replace Grace Kelly.

Fun fact: The actress who played Cary Grant's mother was just a few years older than him (I'm not 100% sure if this is true, but I once read it somewhere).

It's not even close to my favourite Hitchcock film, but I have seen it a few times. It's pretty much the genesis for the Bond style of movie.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

I didn't mind her. Speaking of Grace Kelly, I thought Rear Window and Dial M for Murder were both more entertaining than North by North West.

At least Saint was better than Tippi Hedren (but worse than Kim Novak imo). No one came close to Kelly though, she was not only one of the most beautiful actresses ever, she also had charisma. Hitchcock's obsession with blondes (and Kelly in particular) is well documented and demonstrates the dark side of his personality.

Rear Window is a better movie than NbN, but the latter is more entertaining with its lighter tone in my opinion. Both are brilliant movies, though. I never really liked Dial M for Murder. I could name quite a few Hitchcock movies I like more (Psycho, Vertigo, The 39 Steps, to name just 3).

Hard to believe a 13 yr old knows this is one of Hitchcock's best movies without google.

What is this supposed to prove? Im a huge film buff and i have/know what it is. If your trying to insinuate that your not a film aficionado unless you've seen it thats dumb.

Honestly, it's really not important at all if you personally are a film buff or not, nor it's trying to prove or insinuate anything, so, please, keep it down with your remarks.

I haven't seen it. I'm not that big on movies.

I do know of the film, though, pretty much all because of the famous scene with the plane.

Heard of it by name, but until now would not have linked it with Hitchcock or with the cropduster scene.

It's very rare that I watch a pre-1970s film as the acting style seems dated (or I just don't like it), I can handle old Bond films & Disney films but besides that I don't think I have watched more than 10 films from before 1970 (and my 70s collection is quite light too)
