Yeah, I'm sure you treated them always very respectful and were the victim of their unbearable ill-treatment (not answering calls, but moving out without a hassle and huge damages), if you describe them as "scum", "snakes" and finally thell them to "fuck off" when they have to move out within a week... gee, I wonder why that "snake" was first worried when you knocked on their door and was staring at you suspiciously when she knew they are in a debt they can't pay.

Last year my dad's condition gradually worsened and I had to take over all his errands. Unfortunately my defunct dad had a style of dealing with scum people and one of them were renters who never paid on time and were always in debt. They had been in debt to me since november and in june I finally told them to uck off. I'm sure they owe to others, I know for sure they owe ~200 euro to their internet provider cos I received a deb collector's letter addressed to them after they moved. They moved to some terrible ghetto apartment (their words) in nearby town but I never learned the address. They owe me 250 euro and have stopped answering to my phone calls. I want to take some kind of revenge, I deserve that? One idea is learning their address and putting a match in their doors so they have to change the lock a few times, I think that would be great. I can't throw police on them because my dad never signed renting contract, it was all unofficial. What would you do in my situation, would you take revenge and how?

I wasn't exactly lending them, they were paying in parts but always being in debt 100 to 200 euros.

I intend to be the bigger person as someone posted in this topic, I mean I am bigger and stronger, the renter is older and has diabetes, also he broke his leg in winter when getting off train, I'm sure while being drunk, that was the reason why their debt increased at one point, and he still walks with crutches. But in all seriousness I won't do nothing, I wanted to put my feels on paper with this topic.
