Doctor Who has been getting progressively worse as far as I'm concerned. It seems to have lost focus and a little of the magic of the previous seasons (though the most recent was a bit better than those which came in the previous couple of years). I hope the series tries to simplify things a little and go back to what made it so enjoyable rather than trying to reinvent the wheel every episode.
I am so excited, Series 8 was great. By the way, I don't have any preference between the modern Doctors, I think each of them brought something interesting. I think Capaldi is as good as the ones before him, maybe a little better since he is the current one
