They're not really profitable publishing multi-platform games, even for really great games like Alien: Isolation.
They seem content to settle on platform exclustivity and/or kind of lease out their biggest IPs to whomever will pay the most for the exclusivity. Sonic, Shenmue, Bayonetta, Phantasy Star, Super Monkey Ball. If you throw Atlus in there too, you got Persona and SMT too. A really large number of SEGA games have some kind of console/platform-exclusivity to them -- larger than a lot of other 3rd party companies.
When they're working on multiple platforms, PC and Mobile tend to be the bigger priority. Bigger royalties I'd imagine.
