Does The Last Story and Pandora's Tower count as third party since it was oringally published by Nintendo? Doesn't that make it a 2nd party?

Hmmmmm, I don't know... I thought they were 3rd party since they were developed by different teams, Mistwalker and...Ganbarion.

I believe to be considered third party the game must be developed and published by others that's not Nintendo, Sony and MS. Like Tatsunoko vs Capcom =)
