I really am starting to hate Capcom, which other PS3 owners agree with me.

I remeber they said a while back that they made DMC4 multi-platform because they wanted a wider audience to experience their games. WTF, PS3 aint gettin shit of Capcom

- A shit port of Lost Planet: Extreme Conditions

- Lost Planet 2, aint comin out on PS3

- No Dead Rising

- No Super Street Fighter (or what ever the hell it's called) beta

The list is endless, is anyone feelin the same way?

You also forgot to add taking away Monster Hunter 3 from us.

They have defenitly not been good to us this generation.

All I can say is what else do you expect from a publisher when the console has the smallest install base, and games are expensive to develop.

As a publisher, you don't publish for what the install base will be 2 years after release, you publish for the install base that exists on the projected launch date.

Dont worry the future will be, at worst, multiplateform, at best, PS3 (for hardcore gamers high end project with high end gfx I mean)

Capcom has always played by their own rules. They spent most of their effort last gen porting every arcade game they could get their hands on for the Dreamcast and then after that entering a deal with the Gamecube of all consoles to hand them five major exclusives even though the GC had major problems selling third party software. Unfortunately for Nintendo, 5 turned into 4 and 4 exclusives turned into 1 poorly made exclusive and 3 multiplatform gems.

There is no Lost Planet 2 - there's just an expansion. And it'd be pointless to bring it out to the PS3 considering how awful the port of the original was and considering how small the audience for that game is on the platform.

Capcom really, really, really needs to get away from 5gb mandatory installs for their PS3 titles though. That shit just ain't right.

 I think they missed a real opportunity with Dead Rising... I would have loved to have seen a PS3 version with a fixed save system.

Onyxmeth hits it on the ball here. Capcom doesn't hate Sony, they've always been like that, kinda like a jerk emo kid who doesn't care what other people think.

They can do whatever they want, I really don't care. If there's a good game from them from them (maybe RE5), I will buy it, if it's a bad game? (like LP on PS3) I will avoid.

I don't know if I agree there. I feel if any developer deserves loyalty it's Capcom. Their games are innovative, their time is varied between genres, and they have given most of us some of the greatest gaming experiences of all time. They're just the oddest duck out of third party developers. They give everybody love but they give each of them different games. They don't do a whole lot of that multiplatform thing for every console available.
