The issue I had with the digital event was the way the announcements of games were being presented. The way that the event gave fans anticipation to some iconic franchises turned out to be expected or just plain disastrous. Fates, Wholly World, Mario Maker, and Fast Racing Neo save this conference from getting anything below a 5.

Overall, I gave Nintendo a 6/10. If anything, this E3 was arguably on par with their 2008 conference.

I would say E3 2008 was a lot worse, at least I liked some of the games here.

A 6 out of 10 is pretty lenient though!

Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros. Brawl (before many of us knew how bad the physics were anyway) saved that conference from being the worst E3 Conference in gaming history. This E3, at least for me, did have some saving graces, as stated in my aforementioned comment.

Whoa, I had no idea they were showing Mario Kart 8 since 2008.

It's Nintendo's TLG.

And here I was thinking that was Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem. Silly me.

My apologies, Zuzek-San. Yes, I did goof up the titles without question. It should be Mario Kart Wii. However, for me, those two games are the main reason that Nintendo's 2008 was saved.

I apologize for having the games mixed up, Samus-Chan. You are right. It should be Mario Kart Wii. Either way however, those two games still do support the notion of what would have topped even Sony's 2006 conference.

I added a great Mumbo Jumbo joke. I'm amazed at my own cleverness sometimes.

Great OP
