sony got alot of hype because other things happened. without ff7 remake and shenmue there wasnt that much to be hyped. some things looked realy well, but its was mostly titles that are far away. other titles didnt do that well, i think a little space ship game lost a lot of hype after showing what all the PR talk means gameplaywise. sure it is still the best conference for the most, but if you are not an AAA console gamer but a handheld gamer, well nintendo won easyly.

For handhelds, Nintendo was of course that best one like it always is. But overall, I liked Sony's the most and I say that as MS fan.
It wasn't just FF7 and Shenmue, or TLG. I liked Sony's the most for Horizon and Uncharted.

Also his jab at Sony saying that atleast Nintendo supports their handheld like they are still making 3DS exclusives and showed them at E3 unlike Vita which doesn't get any support from Sony. Its funny even though I agree with this point of his. |
I found his attitude towards e3 a bit fanboyish with the excuses. But didn't find it funny at all.

So it being a spin off means its not a game?

As much as I love Nintendo, I can't even get close to condoning Mr. Petty's take on the Digital Event. It was by far the worst of the "big three."
I give credit to Nintendo for the format of the event, for its sense of humor, and for focusing on "developer stories" and gameplay. But all that means very little when the games displayed are either old news or unimpressive.

sure some peole like uncharted. but well its not that spectacular. horizon on the otherhand, we will see, could be great new IP, but we need to know more. it could be a shiny turd if they mix it wrong(or let sony writter write the plot, but i heared they got help from outside).
it wasnt such a great E3 from sony, they would have lost with their base performance in a good year. but well this year the other 2 failed, and the 3rd partys failed. just fallout/doom was realy cool(even if fallout 4 looks way to much like fallout 3 and not new vegas for my taste)

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor
Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Zelda and Fire Emblem both have a main series "core game" on 3DS
I agree with Metroid though

I and he means Triforce Quest. A game nobody asked, even less before the real deal in homeconsole.
