Yeah i dont see Splatoon Outselling it in 10 weeks. BUT! If Nintendo continues with the massive marketing, and dropped something big...... WHO KNOWS!

So Splatoon would have to do roughly 50k in the next 4 weeks to beat MK8 which isn't happening, but regardless it's doing utterly amazing!
Best selling home console game of the year so far in Japan, right?
I wonder if Persona 5 will snatch that title, since it is multiplatform. SMT X FE will be releasing on "Winter", which will cut its chances at snatching that title. And I personally don't think Metal Gear will sell 400k.
Maybe Star Ocean will be a sleeper hit?

actually i think not, the E3 doesnt make it out what sells, the casual consumer doesnt know that,

Dragon Quest Heroes PS3 is currently leading with 460k, and if we combine both versions it's 790k, but Splatoon will catch up eventually.
Honestly, I don't see any console game this year beating Splatoon. It's really a phenomenon.
I forgot about Dragon Quest Heroes... 790k is a big number, Splatoon might fall short. Although there's still half of the year worth of sales, and holidays/possible bundling.
I also forgot about Mario Maker, but I don think it'll pass 500k... Although I hope it'll beat The Witcher at least.
I am going with Kart by 100k.
