I never said sales were indicative of quality though.

That said, could CoD sell over one million units in less than a month on one console that only managed to sell 9 million units? Maybe, maybe not. Would Splatoon sell well to the PS4/XBONE demographic? Who knows... There is a market there for colorful shooters though, given the fact that PvZ: GW is getting a sequel.

I also never said the TPS elements in Uncharted were bad, just unremarkable.

For me the best TPS is Splatoon or Battlefront. Those are the games I had the most fun with. Never played Gears though...

And yes, it's my opinion, I don't consider it a universal fact, I can only say that it is true for me.

As long as you don't say that people not being immersed in the Uncharted multiplayer makes that some sort of indication that proves as a fact that Uncharted is not a remarkable third person shooter you can have whatever opinion you want of Uncharted and there will be no need for discussion.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

How people can NOT be interested in Uncharted 4 is beyond me.

Are you one of those people who don't understand preferences?

I think i'm just so madly in love with that game, I don't see anything bad about it :p

Well 2016 has Uncharted and Gears which are the biggest and best TPS's according to the people who play them, plus there's Quantum Break and the Division which both look great. And i wouldn't call Battlefront a TPS, i think it'll play a lot better in first person.

BF is much more of a TPS than Uncharted lol. How many people play Uncharted online? Most people play Uncharted for the over the top action sequences and story. Purely as a TPS Uncharted is unremarkable. Proven by the fact that the online isn't very populated.

BF III will sell more than Uncharted and Gears.

Sales aren't always indicative of quality anyway. Being the best is subjective. Splatoon is a new IP that released this year, so many people haven't even played it yet.

What i was saying is Battlefront can be played from a third or first person perspective so i wouldn't really call it a straight TPS. On top of that, i think FPS view will be the better view to play the game from. So yea i would consider Uncharted to be a true TPS compared to Battlefront.

Third person perspective has more advantages as you can see your surroundings better. You won't be competitive in BF III if you're in FPS mode.

2016 is definitely going to be great for TPS games. Quantum Break looks great, Uncharted 4 will be great, I only hope Gears Of War 4 is good too cause after that reveal I'm not sure on how much I can trust The Coalition.

Only advantages that TPS has is peeking around corners and not being visible to the enemy and overall awarness due to a larger field of view which are very good advantages but when it comes to a gun fight, FPS will be superior along with flying. I will probably run TPS when not in battle but once shit goes down, FPS will be the way to go. But in the end it's all about preference.

I'm a huge fan of Gears of War but I'm a little skeptical about 4 after that shit infested GoW Judgement. Seriously, why change an amazing multiplayer formula? Quantum Break looks amazing and will no doubt be good knowing Remedys track record.

For me I think Uncharted takes the cake no contest. That game looks absolutely stunning and yet I am a HUGE fan of Uncharted as well. After seeing the new gameplay trailers... my god that game is setting a new standard for gaming.

I am also incredibly hyped for Horizon which is a TPS/RPG hybrid as is Mass Effect: Andromeda. I'm sorry to say but I would debate that the PS4 is far superior when it comes to TPS.... They are being incredibly innovative and attempting new and creative things.  I do hope Gears of War 4 delivers but at the same time part of me feels that the story should have ended at 3 and that they should have explored the Queen more. This feels like a soft-reboot and it's even taking place on a new planet. For me Gears is all about the multiplayer and that's what makes or breaks the game.

Naughty Dogs vs. the rest.

Sorry for the compression.

I would love it if these games dropped the regenerate health system. It's one of the things that made TLOU so great.

I'm not. Tried uncharterd and UC3 and they both send me to sleep. Some games have that effect on me. Same as the batman games
