Instead of rescuing Princess Peach, Mario is trying to get back his stolen oatmeal cookie. Also, reverse all controls to add a sense of challenge to the levels.  If I recall, everyone loved the sandbird, lily pad, and pachinko machine levels from Mario Sunshine, so we need to make them more plentiful for the new installment.

That actually could be amazing. They could create new suits, and in an update it could let you unlock the new suits by tapping the amiibo. 

It would be awesome if it were a true Mario game

In order to actually play as Mario you first need to buy a Mario amiibo.

I thought about that a few minutes ago because of the other post. But, a concept like playing as a Goomba and avoiding Mario has a lot of potential to me.
