No way. The NX won't release before holiday 2017, and the next Mario Kart is probably in work since the release of Mario Kart 8, so it will eventually release one year or two after the NX launch.

Same apply for Smash Bros.

What could they really do that improves upon MK8 and SSB4? the main improvement has always been graphics but can Mario kart really look that much better? because of the cartoony look the graphics in smash and especially mk8 will not age at all. Why not keep adding content to them so one day SSB4 has 75 characters and mk 8 has 64 courses?

New gameplay mechanics. And trust, the graphics can and will look better.

No one will buy a new system for a little more SSB4 and MK8 content, but they will buy one for new games entirely.

No one will buy a new system for a little more SSB4 and MK8 content, but they will buy one for new games entirely.

No, they never did this before with home consoles, it wouldn't make any sense. They're probably at this moment developing Mario Kart 9...

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
