Piracy is not even a big problem anymore... figures show that the number of illegal purchases is ever lowering. The problem is that most people on the country receive less than $300 per month and can't afford an official $800 PS4. Even the Wii U was around $600 here (now it's not sold oficially anymore since Nintendo left the brazilian market).
