I can understand it not being part of DE, but not part of TreeHouse? I really don't get it.

Too much negativity about the game in this thread. It's still an Itagaki game, and even if the graphics are way too generic, the gameplay looks dynamic, fun and nervous. It still could be good.

Blame Reggie (Or thank him)... Depending on how the game turns out.

really weird. since Nintendo has a shooting game in the mould of Splatoon, it is good to add Devil's Third and try to bring a few shooter crowd with a Nintendo console and hope those gamers would buy those other Nintendo AAA titles. win-win.

If that was true they wouldn't have shown off SMTxFE, Xenoblade Chronicles X and Fatal Frame.

The truth is that Nintendo just doesn't care about this game for whatever reason.

Well to be fair, the Treehouse covered pretty much every game other than Devil's Third.  Including Fatal Frame which is a heck of a lot more disturbing then Devil's Third.  So it seems to be an issue with this game in particular, which is odd indeed.

True, and it is curious why they seem so determined to bury this game.

But even Fatal Frame was held back for the Treehouse and not shown at the Digital Event itself.

Just think how much better the DE would have been recieved if Fatal Frame, the improved Devil's Third, and FAST Racing Neo were shown?

It's still featured on the main Nintendo of America site so I guess it's still coming out.
