Forums - Gaming - Where is Capcom in the middle of all this?

Square Enix still has a lot to prove about its current and future ways but has recently gained a lot of positive traction with gamers, on a sort of recovery path

We already know what's going on with Sega so ain't even gonna ask

But does Capcom have anything major coming other than SFV? Deep Down disappeared. No word on RE7. All they're doing is remasters (RER, DmC, DMC4, RE0). RE7 might be in development but some clues seem to indicate there's no new DMC (or DmC) whatsoever. Right now it's not far fetched to say Capcom is "just SFV". Ok and Monster Hunter.

Well, they do have Monster Hunter X and Monster Hunter Stories. Although the MH franchise has never been their issue.

SFV looks pretty awesome at least. :D

Where is Namco? Or Tecmo? Was Konami even around?

“Simple minds have always confused great honesty with great rudeness.” - Sherlock Holmes, Elementary (2013).

"Did you guys expected some actual rational fact-based reasoning? ...you should already know I'm all about BS and fraudulence." - FunFan, VGchartz (2016)

Two words: Monster Hunter. They're milking the series as much as they can.

I don't know. There's a few Monster Hunter games no?

Also, Square. GIVE ME DQ DAMN IT. ~Asking since 2011

They're developing Breath of Fire 6 for mobiles.

Namco: Dark Souls III, Tekken 7, Tales of Zestiria, Project X Zone. Namco is actually one of the better third parties out there these days, Eastern or Western.

Tecmo merged with Koei. This year, they had Hyrule Warriors 3DS, Nobunaga's Ambition, Samurai Warriors, and a sequel to Deception IV. They also have Gust's RPGs (Atelier, Ar nosurge).

Didn't see anything from Konami other than MGSV.

Yeah there's also Konami.. the Castlevania reboot is dead and so is Silent Hill

Capcom is gearing up, we will see a lot of remasters tough. Maybe if we are lucky from onimusha, haunting ground and outbreak
