I just find inconceivable that it's been over TEN YEARS since the last 2D Metroid, and they thought it was a fantastic idea to cram a FPS into a handheld. With no second analog stick. FOR THE SECOND TIME.

And Metroid is skipping another generation btw. We have no Metroid 2D OR Metroid HD, enjoy!

Sony funded 8 years last guardian devolopement instead just canceling it. The last guardian was pretty much a joke on the internet including in this forum for things never to be happen, they could have just canceled it and the majority would have excepted it by now. it was a franchise which never sold units anyways but yet sony still believed in the game and for the fans.

And with shenmue 3 its the same story except maybe a bit less enthusiastic by sony but then again its not an ip owned by sony, and a franchise which wasnt really sucessfull either. Yet went ahead with this kickstarter hybrid thing.

What would be the reaction if it woukd be reversed? if nintebdo would came up with at least shenmue?

Sterling is a fanboy. No neutral gamer would say that nintendo had a better press conference than sony, imo.
