Anyone who suggests that Sony didn't have the best presentation this year is ... well I don't think I can say this and stay on the site.
Simply a better presentation in every way.

Last time I checked, FF7 remake is timed exclusive to PS4 and will come to Xbox One. You know what I meant. That list is composed of remakes and B titles/indies. With No Man's Sky being the exception and possibly 2016. Its happened..... its 2011 again, except PS4 fans are defending Sony for the remakes and indies and Xbox fans are bragging about having more AAA games. This is trippy :P |
First off, first on Playstation does not indicate at all that the remake of Final Fantasy 7 is ever coming to the Xbox One. There's very good reason to believe that Sony still has publishing rights of Final Fantasy VII in the US and Europe. There's also rumors from actual journalists that Sony had to partially fund the remake in order for Square Enix to agree to it (since they can't put the title on other consoles). If that's the case, it won't ever appear on Xbox One. For instance, the PC version of Final Fantasy VII isn't coming to Xbox One. It would obviously sell well enough and be easy enough to port, so why wouldn't it appear on Xbox One? A little common sense indicates that it probably can't without Sony's permission. The same is true of every other Final Fantasy VII related game. You're looking at the phrase and ignoring the history and the likely scenarios that are attached to it. Sony gave the permission to put Final Fantasy VII on PC. Likely it was part of the original contract. That contract probably has no expiration date. It probably also includes everything related to Final Fantasy VII. If that's the case, you'll never see this game on Xbox One. It likely is the case.
Furthermore, Persona 5 is NOT a B title. Persona 4 sold 2 million copies overall. Calling that a B title is ridiculoously ignorant. Persona is the third best selling JRPG series next to Final Fantasy and Star Ocean. This one has a lot more mainstream appeal as well and is getting media attention that Persona 4 never got. I'll be surprised if it doesn't hit 2.5 million in lifetime sales honestly. People love Persona, and you're ignorant on the topic. Until Dawn isn't a B title either. It's likely that it won't live up to Quantic Dream fame, but it definitely has high production values. Sony's line up is good enough to push sales considerably over Xbox sales worldwide. A little less salt buddy. I like the variety that Playstation offers a lot more than Microsoft's exclusives. You obviously don't feel that way. Nier and Star Ocean 5 are huge announcements for me. They obviously are not for you. That's perfectly fine, but stop pretending that everyone loves Halo and Gears. They don't.
It's really hilarious that you think the entire internet is suddenly a Sony fanboy because the response is overwhelmingly that Sony won E3. We're not all fanboys buddy. I love games on all platforms. I definitely enjoy JRPGs more than most people, so I naturally gravitate to the PS4. That being said, Gears of War 4 actually looked pretty good to me. So did Recore and I do want to play Quantum Break. I might actually buy a Xbox One if Microsoft has an equally interesting E3 next year. They're interesting me way more than they did last generation. And I think that's a great thing. I'm already buying a Wii U for Xenoblade Chronicles X and Zelda. I own a gaming PC already. We're not fanboys, we just like what we like. Get over it.
I think Sony kept the best momentum up throughout their conference.
Both they and Microsoft showed promising new IP, though I am disappointed with the stock-standard conferences they deliver these days.
starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS
I laugh very hard as some that mention that FF7 is timed exclusive and then add the new tomb raider as part of the list as to why MS won. Guys you have to be consistent, timed exclusive count or don't count?
Honestly, for this year, I would vote for either Bethesda or the PC showfloor presentation.
The fact that most people associate this E3 with (for Microsoft) the 360 backwards unlock (boring, us Nintendo fans have had this feature for years, move along), (for Sony) a game that was promised around 7 years ago on a previous console, and (Nintendo) an absolutely terrible showing all pointing signs towards Nintendo moving on to the NX is just sad for the big three. When backwards compatibility (something that all companies should provide for at least 1 prior generation, from the beginning) is the most exciting news, that is saying something.
Bethesda has freaking Fall Out 4. And as a PC gamer (though mostly Nintendo fanboy) myself, I have to say hearing that No Man's Sky is coming to PC was the most exciting thing I heard. That game just looks so huge and so wonderful!!! Who ever is developing that game won E3 in my eyes!
Definitely Nintendo because Metroid Federation Force looks ammaaaaazzzzzzin and definitely not an attempt to cash in on the Metoid brand.
Honestly think we will see them at gamescom, seems better from all view points, This way the momentum will stick through the holidays or that is the hope. However they could just not drop price. We will see.

Backward Compatibility - is huge news. Fans #1 request on both consoles and we're getting some free games with Fall out 4 and Siege games. Gears 4... It's not Uncharted 4 or Horizon.... but come one it looked amazing... the game gave you a small preview on what to expect more GEARS. They showed that the game will retain the exciting two players coop campaign. This game is a big Holiday 2016 titles. The fact that you actually calling the show poor is extremely subjective. This is by far one of the best Microsoft showing. Microsoft>Sony>Bethesda>>>>>Ubisoft>>>Square>>>EA>>>Nintendo |
Forza Motorsport 6 has weather. I thought this was the best demo/trailer/announcement ever. Next was Halo 5's warzone, and lastly EA's NFS.
Favorite Game Franchises-
Gran Turismo, Forza, Project Gotham Racing, Need for Speed, Burnout, TOCA Race Driver/Race Driver/Grid, Colin McRae Rally/Dirt, Halo, TimeSplitters, Splinter Cell, Gears of War, Borderlands, and Call of Duty.
Let's just say I love racing games followed by shooters and the Xbox One has filled this love.

He threw a rock. I reacted to it. I'm far from being negative.
Now, respect my request and don't talk to me again.
