this is great news and does not make the xb1 a less great console.

Tlg isn't going to PC.

 

Neither is Horizon, Bloodbourne, Uncharted, GT, God of War, TLOU2, etc.

 

KI and Gears two of their biggest franchises.

People need to understand what an intellectual property is.

Games owned by Sony or Nintendo are not going anywhere (yet)

But lets be honest, what is the point in having a console with no exclusives?

Because believe it or not, not everyone wants to play their games on a PC. So if that's the case, they get an Xbox One. Either way MS gets their money.

But why would they go and buy a $350 console for 3 games? Almost everyone owns a PC, and when deciding which console to buy, the PS4 would just make more sense.

Exclusives are one of the reasons what makes consoles great, an it not 100% their platform.
