I have the same feelings about this that I have about Twilight Princess that I have about this. It's an unoriginal game that is just fan pandering to an overrated N64 game. No ambition to have it's own identity at all.

Only difference was that at least TP tried to stay modern.

Lucahjin, my favorite gamer on YouTube, had good things to say about it and that gives me hope in itself.

Plus it's Platinum. There shouldn't be any doubt.

It's a reboot/remake hybrid. They are lying through their teeth, which is stupid because there's no reason to. Aside from the fact that remaking a remake is unoriginal.

The game looks fun but I am not a fan of the plastic graphics. Bland / plastic texture often make everything look more "empty".

Starfox Adventure on GC had the right tone.

Not the right gameplay though :P

I agree it is very disappointing and somewhat lazy that rather then doing something completely new they went remake route. That being said, this isn't the first time they have done this, the first Fire Emblem is just one example, nor are they only company rereleases the same game over and over, damn near every main Resident Evil game.

All that being said this might be one of those exceptions where it works. Especially with some of the mad minds that gave us games like Bayonetta helping.

I think the lack of multiplayer sealed the deal for me I won't be buying this game not if it cost more than 20 bucks

Of course it will cost more than 20 bucks, you dont have Nintendo Wii U game below $40, this game will probably $50.
