The ignorance in some of your posts is disheartening sometimes, krik. Thats like saying, "Unless you're interested in MGS or FF, there's no reason to get a PS3" , cause both of those statements are foolish.

Blu-ray was the main reason I went with the PS3. Plus I got it for $300 with the SonyStyle credit card offer and 5 free movies.

Kill Zone 2 I heard would be the best game out on PS3. The other 4 games will be great too

For me, I had to have at least 5 games, or 3 really great ones on a console to get me to cough up the cash for it.

I bought the 360 Premium after playing Call of Duty 2 and I was also crazy about Oblivion and Ghost Recon. I liked NFS Most Wanted as well and Condemned, though I didn't get it until later.

I picked up a Wii just to resell it but ended up falling for it.

I bought a PS3 for one reason - to review video games for my newspaper (RIP). I have bought a few games for it - I have like 11 of them - and have played a few on it. I didn't buy it for the Blu Ray, or the stellar gaming lineup. I do like the PS3, but still, by far, the 360 gets most of my gaming time. The PS3, even with the full PS2 BC, just doesn't keep my attention and a lot of it has to do with the current gaming lineup out for it.

The 360 was the most expensive console to buy, followed by the 20gb PS3 and the Wii.

Knowing what I know now, I would have waited until I could have bought a PS3 with full BC when it hit $250. As amazing as some say Blu Ray is, I am still not entirely sold yet on it. I have it, so I do rent movies off Netflix for it, but as far as me buying movies, not right now.

As far as which looks better - HDTV or SDTV, comeon - you know the answer. I have a projector and a 32" LCD and I will say, the LCD beats the projector and both are sooo sharp. It doesn't compare. Even if you buy a cheap 22" LCD and a VGA cable for the 360 and an HDMI to DVI cable for the PS3, both look great.
