That's the curse of being one of the top developers in video gaming today. If you don't make the game as good or better than your last, then you will be crucified. ND is right there, along with Bungie and a few others. The comfort zone may be Uncharted, but I have faith they can keep going and expand their brand to other genres. Like Capcom did back in the old days, although fighting games/beat'em ups were their specialty.

Capcom not only expanded to other genres, but when they felt that they needed to reinvent the Resident Evil games, and the result was a highly acclaimed release.

That's why I hope that ND can prove they can get themselves out of this pigeon-hole stereotype of making cienmatic games in today's market.

Doubt they'd look for a replacement Uncharted dev. If SONY Bend or some other studio offered to take on they, I doubt SONY would turn them down though.

They need to get their asses back on Jak and Daxter.
