I actually like High Moon studios Transformers games. Good old fashioned TPS games. I hope this rumour is false.

I was hoping for a brand new IP or maybe...Viewtiful Joe. The Transformer's game doesn't look bad at all. I just hoped for something different.

I'll admit that I was really hoping that Nintendo would surprise us with Platinum developing Star Fox, and who knows... they still might.

But if this is real I'm pretty psyched about it. I'll wait until I see what the game is like before I get too hyped but I'm a sucker for Gen 1 Transformers and if this is true to that (love the graphical style in the pic), then I'm all in.

Man I dreamed about Platinum making Star Fox. I bet it would look so good! LOL Nintendo should just let them do it, unless Ninty has bigger plans and ideas that they want to introduce in the next iteration of Star Fox.

I'm disappointing that so many people are writing off the game without seeing gameplay. It may turn it out to be pretty good.

Yep.  In any case, we'll find out the status of Star Fox in a couple of days.  Very excited about it either way.

OT:  Just clicked on the link and saw the pic of the Devastator... holy shit!  I have to say that does bring a tear to my eye - in a good way.

Hell yeah it's awesome, isn't? I'm not mad at the announcement about Transformers. I was just hoping that something new was coming. Now that this is Platinum's 2nd main franchise game (Korra being the first), I wonder if this is the route they will start going.
