Forums - Sony - New Patch for USF4 PS4 Out (Make It Close to Best Version)

Good, it should have been ready from the start but they have done a lot of fixes in little time, i hope the next update makes it the best version (which is the version it should have been from launch).

how is the input lag on PC?

Depends.

It is because PC have more variables than consoles but you can get really low input lags with the the right and optimized hardware/software... better than console input lags but just more "pro" PC users will get these.

It's great that they're working to patch the game, but none of this should have been necessary. If it wasn't ready, they should have delayed it and saved themselves all the embarrassment.

Wow, this is basically the same as I feel. It`s great they`re fixing it fast, but it would have been better for them and Sony if it was ready on day 1. Would have been great for that one tournament they had planned to use this version.

It was pretty much ready at day 1 because the ps4 version is a direct port of the ps3 version which was a bit different to the xbox 360 version. But a bunch of esport evo players complained and nippicked that it doesnt play 100% like the xbox 360 version which they played for a decade.

Inexcusable. Whats better, slapping someone in the face and applying ointment 2 weeks later, or not slapping them in the first place?
It was like they ported it to loose leaf.
Step yo game up Capcom.

I heard there were some issues with it, such as lag, invisible sonic booms, and sound fxs, so it didn`t sound like it was fully ready. Though it`s understandable if competitive players are picky.  Games has to be as perfect as possible when it comes to tournaments. Precision is pretty important when you`re doing these sort of things.
