Most non-nintendo games these days do seem to be rather grey... There's are certainly exceptions though.
I actually find much of the Witcher III to have a lot of color, and I've always liked the sort of cartoony aesthetic of the Warcraft series.

That is the first game that poped into my head as soon as I read the threads title.
Also loaded and reloaded come to mind. I just remember the vivid red colour. It was just so WOW to me at the time.
