I don't see it as a problem, my post was more oriented to the attitudes for some users. I rather have the content on the disc. It's better than receiving a 2 GB patch each month and use my HDD/storage. Splatoon's new map could be just a few KBs in a patch (it will probably be bigger because they will put it with some fixes, etc and pack everything in a single update).

Bet with jetforcejiminy: PS4 will pass the Wii lifetime numbers.

I'm pretty sure we won't make anything remotely similar to progress. It may not be behind a pay wall, but it's behind a "we will let you use it when we want" wall.

Pricewise, it's not a problem at all. It's the waiting that sucks.

Still not a fan of these updates being on-disc already, but its nice they're unlocking them at a fairly decent pace.

Please, update the title, the DLC comes today!

"Update:

It's now been confirmed that this stage will arrive today (10th June) at 7pm Pacific Time / 10pm Eastern, which supports the previous 'tomorrow morning' announcement from Nintendo of Europe as this is 3am UK / 4am CET."
