Pity the GameCube release won't work in a WiiU. Looking like a better collection anyway.

Also pretty cynical timing from Capcom cashing in on the Mighty No9 hype train which only happened because they refused to green light new mega man...

My guess is Capcom is making some decent money from the Virtual Console Mega Man ports and releasing such a collection would take away from those sales. Besides, this doesn't interest me in the slightest. I still have the Mega Man Anniversary Collection from 2003 that has more games than this collection. That one had Mega Man 1-8. Since then, Mega Man 9-10 were released. There's no excuse for Capcom to not release 7-10 on the same disc unless they're holding out for DLC.

The lack of a Vita version makes no sense, I guess they're waiting for sony to fund the port -_-

So Mega Man Anniversary Collection has the first eight games, Power Battles 1 and 2, and that crappy racing game. This only has the first six. Unless they receive complete remakes, what a ripoff.

What's next, Sonic's Penultimate Genesis Collection?
