 well the creator did say that Gogeta in GT is weaker then vegeto before. So going by common thought process it has to be x1000 as the fusion dance's power is character + character x 100 if done correctly. These are for basic non-super saiya-jin levels. Afterward for each ssj level the power doubles. For ssj4 ssj3's power is quadrupled.

Basically think of this. Lets just say goku and vegeta start with a power level of 10 for this example

As you can see in the end Vegeto is stronger in ssj2 then gogeta is in ssj4 but gogeta is still stronger then omega shenron which had a power level, usig chart above, of around 5500. Dragon Ball GT was awful. It ignored a lot of what happened in Dragon Ball Z and was created by Toei solely to cash in on Dragon Ball Z's popularity. Toei is the reason that the Dragon Ball Z anime series was so long in the first place. They added in stuff that didn't happen in the manga and stretched out the stuff that did.
