Load times don't bother me too much - I remember tape drive on my C64 and it's 10+ min loading

Oh boy I had C64 when I was a kid 😁 yeah those loading times took an eternity. Heh you could copy games with dual cassette deck and sometimes you could copy a game from radio. Thanks for reminding me about those days.

Boy just completed Forza Horizon 2 championship race it was one of the best races I have been part of in my life. Next up is Storm Island

Regarding ReCore I think that $40 price tag and a bit lower budget seems to me the prime reason for those loading screens and average looking graphics. However I won't mind them but I hope game runs at a consistence fps and is free of bugs and other issues. I rather appreciate a great experience rather than something that pleases my eyes.
But I hope ReCore manages to get the ship sailing and make an impact to justify a bigger budget for a sequel.

Quantum Break had big budget and still had almost 2 minutes load times. So I don't think that budget really matters in this case

Recore has exactly the score I thought it would have when I first see the gameplay. 60%

I will still get the game though but when it's half priced. I think companies don't understand that they are not saving money when they don't give more time to development to unfinished games. I'm sure Recore will not sell as it could have because of this and it's a shame.

Microsoft is definitely capitalizing on Battlefield 1's hype

Proud to be a Californian.

I thought ReCore would score better, gameplay looked fun enough. They should have polished it more.

Some nice Forza Horizon 3 preview videos releasing on Youtube today.

@ReCore

Yeah, I hate how often Sony delays their games but I think MS should also do it from time to time at least for some months. MS is always like "we have to release it on a specific day even if people will destroy it for all the flaws at release"

I'm still looking forward to Recore :D
