Last time I used split screen myself was at a friends for halo 1 so it doesn't really bother me not having it but I can understand that others are disappointed and it could cost them a decent amount of sales by not having it as there will be a lot buying it just to go split screen with friends and family and will only ever own 1 Xbox One between them.

Xbox One #4 and PS4 #30 now in that amazon bestsellers as of this post!!!

I do have to say losing split screen is a big blow to me, because I play Halo with friends and my brother all the time when they're over, or vice versa. So that's a real shame. Still though, everything else sounds so damn fucking awesome that it doesn't bother me much atm

Wow such huge Halo 5 hype lol. Looking so forward to it

Porsche in Forza 6 is the important news as far as I'm concerned. That's where I really miss them

With the info they released with today's Porsche pack for Horizon 2 they stated that Porsche is not going to be included at launch for Forza 6 we have to wait until 2016 for it to be back.  Somewhat dissapointing but since Porsche is not the only brand that was missing from 5 hopefully some others will be in 6 from the start like Volvo, Saab, Seat, DMC, De Tomaso, Gumpert, Mosler or Joss.  Also a brand that never was in Forza and rarely has been in any other racing games that I would like to show up is Skoda.

Yeah, Skoda is pretty successful atm in Europe and they also get some good critics as much as I know (one of my brothers has one as well and is very happy with it), games should really implement this brand.

They sell more than a million cars per year (and are like twice as big as SEAT nowadays), racing games shouldn't ignore this. It's not VW or Toyota big worldwide but as example in Germany they are Nr. 7 just behind VW, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Opel and Ford and selling almost twice as much as Nr. 8 which is Hyundai.

Frankie said in gaf that the reason theres no split screen is due to it being 60fps

Makes sense, but I'm sure most people would be ok with 60 fps solo, 30 fps splitscreen.

Have you met the internet lol

i agree but they seem like they are really adamant that halo 5 run at 60fps

I understand that they take this 60fps very serious and I do as well but the thing is, giving people the opportunity to play with 30fps in co-op on one screen is still more than giving them no couch co-op at all. That's what they should realize, they only take something away, they don't give people something with this (well, for couch co-op, not for the rest).

I mean, it won't feel as great as with 60fps but it's like saying "it's unplayable with 30fps" if you take the whole mode out of the game just because of this. But is surely isn't, it won't feel as good but better as if you can't feel it at all^^

I agree they should've given the option to play splitscreen. Halo is a fun game to play coop.

It's a shame really, but it won't prevent me from getting the game. This will undoubtedly be my goty.

I hope that Halo 5 and the great Holiday Lineup give Xbox One a giant boost in sales MS really deserve it.

So many exciting things to share about @youtube Live at E3 coverage next Monday. Announcements coming very soon about our big live show.

There are more LEGO games as all other games together nowadays^^

Frankie allready said on gaf is not as easy as locking it at 30fps. Their whole engine underneath the game ( physics etc) also runs at 60 fps so splitscreen would require 60 fps as well which is impossible
