Moon Studios just confirmed that it is 1080p 60 fps in docked mode and 720p 60 fps in undocked mode.

Man, I dont mean to be controversial by sying this, but MS is really walking the path to become a third party developer.

Nah, early 2020 for Scarlet reveal leading into E3 2020.

I think 1-2 studio acquisitions and possibly a Ninja Theory game reveal, Halo Infinite beta details, not sure what else.

They should atleast reveal the next gen controller since MS loves controllers XD.
