I'm probably asking for too much there...
Yeah I was think more in line of Moby Dick, a huge whale monster that has the capability of sinking your ship that you have to fight, a Megalodon Shark boss fight would be good too. Harpoons should be added to the game both as a throwing weapon and as a alternative Cannon Ball shot where you can hook enemy ships in combat.
I agree that Whales,Dolphins, Giant Sea turtles and even Giant Manta Rays should be added to the wild life, would be cool to be able to grab onto a Dolphin/Manta Ray/Turtle and hitch a ride in the water.
Electric Eels should be a hostile animal like the Sharks.
