The Single Player surprised me tbh. New things in almost every level and very cool bosses. I can recommend it to all that haven't played it until now.

The first two missions. Too hooked on the multiplayer!

I´m on level 16 on the third hub. I´m playing less than one hub per day because I love it and I don´t want to finish it xD

It´s a great campaign, really enjoyable, and the bosses are cool

Yes, its better than i expected. The final boss battle is over 10 min long.

I haven't got around to it yet. have been having a lot of fun online, so I plan on doing that for awhile and get around to it later. Based off the Comments here, it seems like the people approve which is a good sign. :) it seems awesome, and I absolutely love bosses. I hope splatoon has fun, creative bosses

I don't want to spoil anything, I think it's better if you go into it without any expectations.

I will say I think you are in for at least one treat.

Guess I'm one of the few who hasn't played a single online match yet? I have finished the first 9 levels (and 2 bosses) of the campaign and found the scrolls for these levels (which meant having to play them multiple times on occasion); played two games in local multiplayer with my wife, but since she can't handle the camera stick on the pro controller there was no real challenge there - I'll let here use the motion controls on the gampepad next time .

I think the campaign is fun. I normally don't play shooters, but I like the fact that you can turn into a squid and jump from platform to platform, etc. To me the campaign feels more like a platform game, like Jak 2 or Super Mario Sunshine than a shooter. Only level 8 gave me some trouble so far, and that's mostly because it's a
lot like turf war
, I suppose.

I'll try multiplayer eventually, but not sure if I'll stay. I hope some of the (free) DLC will be for single player as well.

Played a few levels, just finished the first boss which was good fun. It's pretty enjoyable actually and has somewhat more depth than I expected from early reports. Though again only done three levels so not going to go crazy just yet but it's definitely a good side distraction to the online and something with promise to build on.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

The campaign is great fun.

I tried, seems fun and solid.

What you get for multiplayer when you finish campaign?
