I would say twilight princess or resident evil 4. Those games pushed the gc to it's limits making it run at low frames , but still looking nice.

@ OP, did Twilight Princess run at a low framerate on the Cube? I thought performance was roughly the same on GC and Wii.

But I'd have to agree. Resident Evil 4 and Twilight Princess were gorgeus games, and are still pretty nice to look at today.
