Yea, I don't see this game being on XBOne. That fanbase wasn't the one crying for this game for 10 years. It doesn't have the "history" with Xbox. And FFVII was a PS1/PC game, and is now a troll PS4/PC game. So it makes sense for the remake to be a PS4/PC game. Not to mention, XBOne has a nonpresence in Japan, where half the sales of Final Fantasy games come from. Lastly, timed exclusivity would make an XBOne version pretty much obsolete. An Xbox version will already sell significantly less than a PS4 version not only because of fanbase, but marketshare in general. Timed exclusivity would screw that up even more and make any effort put into an XBOne version be fruitless. 

Sure, I can be wrong, since FF is a "multiplatform franchise" now, but logisitically, if this particular game is "first on PlayStation", don't even bother with an Xbox version.
