That would probably be better as a selling point but I don't think that's the huge factor for me.

Maybe all ps4 games would be 1080p60fps so wii u ports would pretty easy be possible on same quality 720p30fps.

For me, resolution isn't really the problem I have with Nintendo. I just don't get into their games the way I did when I was younger.

are you serios taken graphic quality in terms of textures and effects over fps? 60 fps would be a huge improvement for the ps4.

Any dev can decide whatever he wants to release and how he will release... there are games on PS4 that do 60fps pretty fine...

And in any shape or form if both WiiU and PS4 had the same IQ bar but only 720p-1080p with 30fps and 60fps it certainly would mean PS4 HW would be underused... and if by some miracle all the devs started believing that most gamers preffer 1080p60fps (looking at sales and the fact X1 do great even when less capable) if they used PS4 to 100% to push the best graphic possible on 1080p60fps WiiU wouldn't have a chance to achieve the same IQ on 720p30fps.

 

That is why I ask you how would everybody benefit on that?

I'm fine with the current graphical capabilities of the U. I surely wouln't complain about ps4 level graphics at 720p though. :P

THIS ...Lol   or i would say it comes with many problem. So even if the the Wii U able to do it will not erase other problems or posible create another problem (price maybe).

We all should be glad for how it happen at the present, there is something we cannot change.

hm not really.

I guess you do underestimate the wii u or overestimate the ps4.

Here a small comparison for you

 

Keep in mind watch dogs does run 900p30 fps on ps4 and 1152x648p25fps+480p?fps on wii u.

Not to much differences huh?

The Ps4 would have much more troubles to run 720p30fps wii u games in 1080p60fps as the other way around.
