I love how Splatoon looks.

Splatoon is not going to win any awards for its graphics, but the variety of the levels, the superb artstyle, the characters model and animations, that glossy ink with convincent physics, and that smooth framerate makes it a truly pleasure to look, specially in movement.

I havent played it but I have seen gameplay on someone else house.  The game looks good but I feel GOW 3 looks better.  Have you seen gow 3 in action aside from youtube?. the character models looks very good.   Anyway maybe its the artstyle that IMO makes looks better or the fact that it runs 720 30fps.  Most wii u games runs at 60fps

I haven't seen many PS4 games that surpass the Kronos battle in GoW3 tbh. That's probably the best looking scene in the entire game.

Yeah I agree.  that section definitely took advantage of linear and small corridor gameplay from rest of the game.

Just imagine what these guys will do on the PS4 lol.

Well it's definitely improved. No where near though the increase in graphics last generation saw through the whole generation.

Send a Friend Request On PSN :P

Well, I don't think that NSMBU was Nintendo's best-looking launch game...

I think Yakuza shouldn't be compared to Lost World. What about Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed? That game looks beautiful.

I'm still amazed at most HD games, been playing standard for very long, that the resolution and brightness alone look impressive to me. But I can totally see the gorgeousness that Captain Toad, Kirby, and Yoshi are.

its artstyle and the use of differen vibrant colors makes it looks very appealing for human eyes and I havent seen the game in person.

You are anyone else is going to make us believe GOW looks better then Bayonetta 2 (especially those that own the game).  PS3 can't run Bayonetta 2, and it's a fact.  Those that own the game know better.

you are free to believe whatever you want, I was just giving my opinion.  that said, I hope you arent using bayo 1 horrible port as a argument that ps3 cant run bayo 2 because I can use the same logic for multiplatforms games on Wii U when most of the time looked worse than the xbox 360/ps3 version.  In other words it might or might not run it but its not a fact.

Haha 1/3rd?  Try 1/6 - 1/12th.

450 gflops vs 1800 = 1/4

3+1,3 ghz vs 8x1,6 = 1/4

2GB Ram vs 8 Gb Ram = 1/4

Pretty much 1/4 the power.

Oh my goodness. How many times does this need to be went over? There is no merit in directly comparing numbers like that with the consoles, or even a normal PC, Mac or Tablet.

Realistically without proper benchmarks and direct comparisons it's very hard to say one way or another what any of the consoles are capable of. Gflops are all good and grand, but they are only as good as what is utilized. I'm sure nobody is attempting to say that that Wii U is more powerful than either of the other two, more efficient... perhaps, but there is no direct correlation. Especially when comparing the processors, then the RAM. Man, it becomes so much more complex then that.

Yeah, both are quite likely more capable than the Wii U, but by trying to quantify by how much is redundant.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.
