Personally I do not see this happening because of a few reasons.
1) The latest I see the new Zelda release is October, I kind of expect a September release though and the earliest I see the NX coming out, if it is a handheld, is November 2016, and then it wouldn't be coming out for the NX since it is a handheld (unless they do major work to it).
2)If the NX is meant to be either a fusion concept or a home console which both would mean it would be a sucessor for the Wii U, the NX will not be out until winter of 2017, spring of 2017 if they release the information on it earlier in 2016 in a direct or at GDC. Because much like Nintendo always has the same press conference slot before E3. Nintendo has never devated a 18 month release cycle for its home consoles. Which starts when they have informational reveal of console and their vision for it. Then about 4 months from release have a coming out party for it. This goes are far back as the N64, which is the farthest I can find out about the announcement information on.
Also as other have said the Wii U currently has some excellent games so it purchase was well worth it.
