A better question would have been "will any PS4 exclusive sell over 15 million?". 35 million is so improbable it's not even worth asking. It's like asking "is it possible for the Wii U to sell over 60 million?" when most evidence points to it selling less than 30 million. This question is just a way to brag about how much MK sold.
