I believe that the Silver Mario Amiibo was announced  around the middle of May, but they didn't really advertise it so not many actually know about it..

As for rare Amiibos, with the limited stock, I think that most will remain rare in order to drive up demand, unfortunately.. :/

Well, Most of the times i buy a game every 2 months, for the Wii U or on the 3DS. Like this year, i only bought MP10 and Conception 2 ,  and Splatoon tommorow.  While i also bought 5 amiibos.

I still buy games weekly. How many games total in your Wii U library now? I am at around 230-235. I haven't counted in a while.

Cave Story 3D on sale for $4.99 (why isn't heading 1 font working...)

*on sale until 8:59 a.m. PT on June 18.

Here's my take on the game so far. 

BUY IT (unless you already bought the Cave Story +)

Has every feature Cave Story + has besides aesthetics like:

1. larger, redrawn graphics from the WiiWare/Steam/iOS version of the game.

2. Holiday themed skins

But it makes up for it with awesome stereoscopic 3D.

The text and little details can be a little small, especially for regular 3DS. But you can still see every single sprite detail.

Anyway,  it's a great port! 

Apologies if someone did post the eshop news already.

And happy painting in Splatoon guys. @mZuzek: I'm sure you'll get the game eventually! Plus everyone is missing out on the DLC at the same time anyway!
