I really wish they would somehow implement faceplates with the N3DS XL. I would buy so many of those.

Seriously. I would buy those so hard. But hey maybe some third party sellers can fill the void. For example, I actually bought a shell for my N3DS XL at Best Buy with a Zelda design on it (same as the Tri Force Heroes edition look except it's dark green as opposed to yellow) and I feel it gets the job done quite nicely.

I've seen that! I hope other third parties help fill the void, as that would be cool.
At the very least, Nintendo could make back-covers for the system, since I believe the back of the XL can be taken off in the same way as the regular N3DS, and it wouldn't be that expensive to manufacture one plate.
So I'm S+6 right now... derank hype!!! Honestly I don't even know, doesn't matter what weapons or strategies I use, I just haven't been able to win in this current ranked session. I've had bad streaks before, but I always bounce back before de-ranking, but I'm not sure if that's gonna happen this time. Rotation just changed so maybe that'll help things, but if I de-rank, well, I guess it'd be about time! Been months since that last happened, and it really should have happened many times while I was doing shenanigans in A+ lolz.

Same thing at my local GameStops. It also unifies the whole section, giving them a bigger perceived presence. Kinda like running hardwood continuously through a smaller house. Basically, having one big Nintendo section looks better than a 3DS section, a Wii U section, and sometimes even a small Wii section all with different logos.
Yup it happened! Guess people just got tired of carrying me! :L
I really should stop playing but this game is just too fun, and honestly it's not so bad. A lot of the time I was the only S+ rank in the lobby, so I kinda felt I needed to perform the best on my team, but now that pressure is gone and I can just have more fun with it!

so the section names were changed on the same day?

My usual store did the rebranding a long time ago. But I think it's because the WiiU section was barely moving, so they attached it to the 3DS one and called it a day.
