for the Smash characters, bring in Snake and add maybe the top 3 characters in the voting. For the other characters, it would be best to reserve it for Smash NX. :)
It's been posted various times, but not in this thread so I post it here:
Tatsumi Kimishima has been elected to be the next President of Nintendo at age 65.
Following this, Nintendo had some restructuring and shuffling which can be viewed below:

Nintendo will probably be having huge shifts in direction over these few years, and with the NX launching soon, hopefully they can rebound to becoming a sucessful company.
What I really hope they do not do, is to follow Marvel, in selling off their IP when they were struggling. Other things like being really liberal and open to big changes worries my slightly... But at the same time, I would like to see more collaborations between Nintendo and 3rd Parties with more innovative games. And changes are required in order for Nintendo to move forward so I really have mixed feelings about this issue :/
What I'm most interested in, at the momemnt, is if they can rebound with the NX... really important so hopefully this change can be beneficial for Nintendo
