They also made Mario Party from 9 and on, and the Wii Party games, so it makes sense for them to work in AC.

If I remember correctly, they are the remains of Hudson Soft that had worked on the entire Mario Party series. They split up with Konami and went under Nintendo's umbrella before Konami could terminate Hudson altogether.

It's always funny when people claim ND-Cube makes bad Mario Party games and that Nintendo should get the people who worked on the older MP games instead.
