Since Chrom and King K. Rool most likely didn't win the Smash Ballot and aren't becoming DLC characters because of the announcement of their Mii costumes, who the heck is leading the ballot?

Bayonetta? Rayman? Isaac?

The ballot was a lie.

To be fair, they only said that they would take the characters from the ballot into consideration, not that they would definitely make the ones leading the ballot
