With the Switch lacking an activity log, is there no way to check your play times? I'd like to know how long I've been playing BotW for while having completed not a single story quest hehe.

If you have a My Nintendo account linked to your profile, you can get an approximation of play time for games you have owned for 10 days or more

After awhile it will say the hours instead of first played but not an exact hour. It says 35 or more, 40 or more, 45 or more etc.

Ok thanks, but um yeah, that's hella weird. Don't get why they couldn't just have an activity log again but eh doesn't really matter. Also ktay you answer this question but not my previous? If you don't want to play for whatever reason just say no, leaving me hanging everytime isn't cool!

Reggie Says Nintendo Will Support The 3DS Into 2018

Nintendo America President Reggie Fils-Aime recently spoke to IGN about Nintendo’s commitment to the 3DS. He said that “we will certainly be announcing new titles for the 3DS platform, and we’ll do that continuously. Some things that will be announced at E3. There will be some that we announce after E3. For us, E3 is an important event but it’s not the one defining moment. Obviously with Nintendo Direct, we’ve created means to speak directly to our consumer base. We want to provide news and information when we believe it’s most relevant”. When IGN asked for clarification if the support will continue to 2018, Reggie confirmed that it will.

Isn't this the same Reggie who said they would support the Gameboy Advance alongside the DS? :P

But I do expect some level of support from games that aren't finished yet.  Doubt it will be anything big but they're not gonna waste the dev cost.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Glitch Breaks Private Online Multiplayer Lobby Feature If You Have Over 100 Nintendo Switch Contacts

According to German Nintendo website ntower, players who have over 100 friends on their Switch and try to host a private multiplayer lobby in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are greeted with a message that stops you from successfully hosting a race. The game requests that you add more friends by going back to the main Switch menu which ultimately stops you from hosting the private race with your friends.

This could be something to do with how it was ported, perhaps. On the Wii U you weren’t given the option to have over 100 contacts but with the Switch you can. Hopefully a patch will soon be on its way to remedy this glitch
